III: GENERAL PROVISIONS ON DATA PROCESSING

1. Scope of processing of personal data

We generally only collect and use your personal data to the extent that this is necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services or to initiate and discuss a business relationship, a business contact or to establish, carry out and terminate our cooperation and the processing is legally permissible, i.e. is earmarked and based on a legal basis.

2. Deletion of data and retention periods

Your data will be deleted or anonymized as soon as the purpose of processing, in particular storage, no longer applies. Storage may also take place if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in Union regulations, laws (e.g. GDPR, tax laws, retention obligations) or other provisions to which the controller is subject.
The data will also be deactivated or deleted when a retention period prescribed in the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need to continue storing the data, for example for the execution or fulfillment of a contract.

1. Description and scope of data processing

There is a contact form on our website that can be used for electronic communication. If a user makes use of this option, the data entered in the input mask is transmitted to us and stored. The data is:

  • First and Last Name

  • e-mail

  • company

  • country

  • Type of organization

  • The following data is also stored at the time the message is sent:

    • Your IP address

    • Date and time of registration

You can contact us via the email address info@aigenex.de or, for inquiries regarding data protection, via privacy@aigenex.de . In this case, the personal data transmitted with the email (last name, first name, email address, message content) will be processed.

The data will not be passed on to third parties in this context. The data will be used primarily to process the conversation or to initiate, carry out or terminate the business relationship.

2. Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for the processing of the transmitted data is the so-called legitimate interest that exists in the course of sending an e-mail, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.

If the e-mail contact is aimed at initiating, implementing and terminating the business relationship, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (b) GDPR.

3. Purpose of data processing

The processing of personal data from the input mask primarily serves to process contact and communication. When contacting us by email, the necessary legitimate interest in processing the data lies in processing the contact.

The other personal data processed during the sending process serve to prevent misuse of the contact form and to ensure the security of our information technology systems.

If you contact us for the purpose of initiating, implementing or terminating the business relationship, these are also the purposes of the processing.

V. CONTACT FORM & EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE

Each time you access our website, our system automatically records data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer.

The following data is collected:

  • IP address

  • Approximate location based on IP range

  • Browser type

  • The Aleph Alpha pages visited by users on an anonymized basis

  • Date and duration of the visit on an anonymized basis

  • operating system

In the case of a registered user, this data is also stored in the log files of our system. Your IP addresses or other data that allow the data to be assigned to you as a user are not stored permanently in the log files unless their processing is temporarily necessary, e.g. for the delivery and presentation of our website.

2. Legal basis for data processing

If your visit to our website serves to initiate a business contact, to start, carry out or terminate our cooperation, the legal basis for the temporary processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR. In other cases, the legal basis is Article 6 (1) lit. 1 lit. f) GDPR, provided that our interest in the processing outweighs the interest of the data subject.

3. Purpose of data processing

When visiting our website, the temporary processing, in particular storage, of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user's computer. For this purpose, the user's IP address must be stored for the duration of the session.
These purposes also represent our legitimate interest in data processing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. Insofar as the visit to our website serves the purpose of initiating, implementing or terminating the business relationship, this purpose is also the purpose of the processing.
